Join us at Hill of The O'Neill & Ranfurly House to explore the beautiful craft of Wood Turning under the expert tuition of Jim Kelly of The Irish Woodturners Guild.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, from complete beginner to those wishing to enhance their woodturning skills. A lathe, a set of tools and safety equipment will be provided for use by each participant to create a 'garden dibbler and bowl' to take home. At the end of the workshop participants will have a basic knowledge of woodturning spindle and faceplate work.
All materials, finishes etc. will be provided. Participants may wish to bring an apron or old shirt to protect their clothes.
