The Woodlab Distillery - Symphonia Gin

The Woodlab Distillery is located in the village of Benburb, County Tyrone and is very much a tale of innovation, entrepreneurship and a true sense of place. It's a distillery like no other in that Dr Ulrich Dyer, a chemist by trade and creator of the Symphonia range of spirits, combines his knowledge of science with his love of nature to create a unique range of spirits.
