Would you like to learn about how to use local plants to make simple herbal remedies to support your immune system through the winter months?

On Saturday 9 November, Leasha Hogan from Grá Fiánta Herbal will be at Hill of The O'Neill & Ranfurly House to guide participants on how to make immune boosting tonics, cold-fighting teas, and other useful remedies. All attendees will get the opportunity to make and take home two or three remedies to use this winter.

All materials provided, participants should bring a notepad and pen.
