About

Introducing "Taste Of" Experiences at Corick House Hotel & Spa
We're bringing the world's most loved cuisines to the heart of the countryside with our new Taste of Experience dining series—where each month features a unique culinary journey inspired by a different corner of the globe.

Running every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, this exclusive two-night event is designed for those who love to explore new flavours, savour authentic ingredients, and enjoy a truly memorable dining experience in an elegant country house setting.

Each month, our talented chefs will shine a spotlight on a different international cuisine—celebrating its heritage, flavours, and culinary artistry. From the rich, warming spices of India to the sun-kissed tastes of Spain, the comforting charm of Italian classics to the bold vibrancy of Mexican favourites—every dish is a celebration of culture, tradition, and creativity.

First stop: India
Beginning 25th March through to 30th April, immerse yourself in the aromatic warmth of Indian Nights. Enjoy a carefully curated two- or three-course set menu featuring authentic Indian recipes with a Corick twist—delivering layers of flavour, spice, and style. Each dish is prepared with the freshest ingredients and infused with traditional Indian spices, offering an unforgettable dining experience that transports you far beyond Tyrone.

Whether you're a foodie, a traveller at heart, or simply in search of something different midweek, Taste of Experience promises something exciting every month. Dine, discover, and savour the world—one dish at a time. Join us for a new kind of dining journey, only at Corick House Hotel & Spa.
