About

Mid Ulster District Council will host the Halloween Hooley, a family-friendly event at Maghera Leisure Centre on Thursday, 31st October, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Activities will include face painting and fun fair rides. There will also be entertainment throughout the night! We have Jump Jiggle and Jive, Funnybones magic show, pirates soft play as well as many child and adult funfair rides!

Queues will be managed to ensure all those queueing for fun fair rides will have their ride before the fireworks start in St Patrick’s grounds on O’Hara Road.

 A small number of stalls will also be present, offering confectionery goods, toys/gadgets, and hot food.

The fire work event will then be at St Patrick's college, which is a short walk away from the Leisure centre, from 7pm - 7.45pm
