Are you under 18 and curious about mountain biking? This Girls - Come and Try MTB Day is the perfect introduction to off-road cycling! Whether you're completely new to mountain biking or looking to build your skills in a supportive and fun environment, this session is for you. Join us to discover the excitement of MTB and take your first steps into the world of off-road adventures!

Location: Davagh Forest Trails – MTB Trailhead, Davagh Rd, Omagh, BT79 8JH

Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Who is it For?

This session is perfect for all girls 18 and below who are new to mountain biking or want to build their confidence and skills. Through fun coaching and games, participants will learn key MTB techniques, including:

Balance for improved bike control.

Braking to ride safely and confidently.

Cornering to navigate trails with ease.

Cost:

Cycling Ireland Members: Free

Non-Members: £4.50 event license fee
