About

Ranfurly House Arts and Visitor Centre has a performance area with seating capacity for 98 people and is tiered and retractable, accommodating a number of set-up styles.  Fully equipped with the latest technology; a 16 channel digital sound mixing desk and professional stage lighting, overhead projection system and large cinema screen.

Art exhibitions that change every month and an interactive exhibition that narrates the story of the Flight of the Earls and the Plantation of Ulster.

A full programme of events, art classes and workshops is available through out the year for all age groups.

This fine, listed Victorian building, a former bank, stands in the heart Dungannon. But it is also the gateway to one of the most ancient sites in Ulster – Hill of The O’Neill.

Today Ranfurly House is the location for our multimedia exhibition as well as our reception, visitor information centre, gift shop, auditorium, and meeting rooms – and of course, our coffee shop, Café Latte on The Hill.

For larger audiences we have the Main Event Space, a purpose-built covered indoor/outdoor area on the Hill, which in the past has hosted concerts by the Ulster Orchestra. Our extensive grounds can also accommodate outdoor gigs and festivals in spring and summer.
