Irish Lamb Broad Bean Ragout

Lamb Rump seared and flavoured with rosemary, Broad bean ragout laced with Pappardelle Potato  and cream. A Fresh cucumber ketchup drizzled with a tarragon jus and enriched with Tirkeeran cheese .
