Tullyard House is nestled in the heart of Mid Ulster, along a quiet country road, just off the main Cookstown/Dungannon Road. The property is a comfortable, homely country house with 2 double bedrooms that have views across the fields; 2 reception rooms, one has an open fire; 2 bathrooms with a shower and large Victorian bath; a dining room; a kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble drier. 
An enclosed sheltered garden is accessed through patio doors from the dining room. There is a bbq and table and chairs to use when weather is suitable .

The property is on a working dairy farm and the owners live beside it. They are always available if you require anything. You have your own drive and ample parking area. Entrance is provided by a key box with code. The farm also has horses, ewes and lambs ( in spring time ) and 2 cats and 1 dog. There is a quiet country lane leading to fields for walkers or dog owners.

Cookstown is approximately 3 miles away and it has an excellent selection of coffee shops, butchers, bakeries, boutiques, supermarkets and several superb hotels. The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service have a new Learning and Development Centre close by at Desertcreat. Also Cemcor Cement Factory and a couple of large industrial parks are a few mile away. There are several theatres nearby which have a selection of shows and plays on including the Burnavon, Craic and Bardic. Golfing is very popular with Killymoon in Cookstown and the Royal Portrush just one hours drive away.

Mid Ulster has a wealth of interesting places to visit - Killymoon Castle; Tullyhogue Fort; Hill of the O'Neill; The Seamus Heaney Centre; Beaghmore Stone Circle and the OM Dark Sky Park and Observatory. There are also some National Trust properties a short drive away - Springhill; The Argory; Ardress House. There are lots of parks with excellent play areas for children including Drum Manor; Dungannon Park; Ballyronan Marina; Davagh; Peatlands park.  Further afield but still within one hours drive, you can see all the traditional tourist locations including The North Coast and Giants Causeway; Fermanagh Lakes; Mourne mountains; Belfast; Derry/Londonderry.  Museums including the popular The Titanic Belfast; Ulster Museum; W5 Science Museum; plus lots more

Or you can just relax and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Tyrone countryside
