Modern accommodation in a residential area on the lane accessing the golf course, the house is immaculate throughout. 

A high speed fibre internet connection is on the premises so whether you are there on business or pleasure you can stay connected to the outside world. The kitchen is fully equipped to include dishwasher and washing machine. Work tops are granite and units are in a lovely hand painted cream finish. Kitchen and living area is open plan, prefect for entertaining. The house has a log burner for that cosy warm feeling. Oil fired heating is also there at the touch of a button.
The two bedrooms are cosy and modern. The bathroom is finished to a high standard and comes with a power shower.
The outside space is ideal for entertaining. It has a paved private area at rear of property with private off road parking.

All nine counties of Ulster can be viewed from its 360 degree viewing point. The house is in a residential area and within walking distance of the local shops and amenities. A 300 yard stroll takes you to Dungannon Golf Club and its Award Winning Restaurant, or try The Brewry and Viscounts
