It’s time to get your heart pumping and the adrenaline flowing with a range of fun outdoor activities. For the most part, Mid Ulster is a place for relaxing and unwinding. But when we do make you feel the rush, we like to do it in style. No half-measures here. If you’re a bit of an adrenaline junkie or you’re travelling with someone who is, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to get the pulse racing with an epic outdoor adventure set in our breath taking landscape.
Day 1 Adventures
Morning
Start your morning with a thrill at Todds Leap! Choose from over 20 hair-raising activities to get your blood pumping. The little ones can explore Granda Ben’s Ethical Zoo. Enjoy a hearty lunch at the onsite restaurant, The Twisted Axle or climb to the top of Knockmany Forest with a picnic and discover Knockmany Tomb, reputedly the tomb of a Queen named Anya who lived about 2000BC.
Afternoon
Take a short drive to Fivemiletown Round Lake to explore the lush lakeside before heading to Blessingbourne's 13k Mountain Bike Trails and pump track designed by Phil Saxenato. Enjoy woodland walks and look out for the resident wildlife, such as, deer and red squirrels.

Day 2 Adventures
Morning
With adrenaline packed activities for all ages you're sure to find an adventure at Jungle NI! From high wire tree-top adventure courses to paintballing and zorbing. Slow things down with a llama trek through the natural woodland and refresh at the The Lazy Llama onsite restaurant. .
Afternoon
Cool down this summer at Ireland's newest Splash Outdoor Water Park! Bounce and slide on the inflatable aquapark, learn to paddle board and practice your open water swimming.
Prefer to stay on dry land?
Get the adrenaline pumping at Railway Karting and race against each other with their arrive and drive package. Can the kids beat the adults?
Evening
Take time and relax in one of our Taste Mid Ulster restaurants, serving the best of local produce.
